My whole point is that the media/public can’t have their cake and eat it too. Drivers who can’t idle, can’t sleep well. If you don’t sleep well, you’re not as safe as you should be. It’s as simple ad that.

Now if a driver has been up for days on end or has more drugs in his system than Robert Downey Jr., then I say string him up so we can all throw darts at him. But if he hasn’t slept well because he couldn’t idle his truck the night before… well who’s
fault is that? I certainly don’t know any drivers who would rather have frozen toes or
sleep in a pool of their own sweat.

Sign me up to vote for your new law. The first night it goes into effect, my maniacal mad scientist-inspired laughter will be heard for miles around. Let’s shoot for February or August.
