Vanderburgh County – Tuesday morning, June 16, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Trooper John Puskas stopped the driver of a 2000 Peterbilt tractor-trailer on I-64 at the 23 mile-marker for making an unsafe lane movement. The driver identified himself as Gary Gurley, 31, of Paducah.
