Lynx Trucking owner ordered to pay an ex-employee “Thirty-One thousand Seven hundred Fifty dollars” for “name calling” and “wrongful termination.”
Even though the employee wasn’t doing her job, and made many mistakes.
The ex-employee was fired for being on facebook during company time, and for coming to work late.
