In announcing a new ruling today intended to “strengthen protections afforded to consumers,” U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood stated: “Airline passengers have rights, and these new rules will require airlines to live up to their obligation to treat their customers fairly.”

Truck convoy planned for Special Olympics

WINNIPEG — A truck convoy event will hit the road Sept. 12 to raise money for Special Olympics.
Members of the Law Enforcement Torch Run working with members of the trucking industry will meet in Oak Bluff at ǫ a.m. and convoy counterclockwise around the Perimeter Highway.
