I have seen worse actions by four wheelers then what you have said about truck drivers. Including putting on make up, adjusting clothes, flashing other drivers with private parts while driving and the list could go on and on. Common sense needs to be used by all drivers period. As it is more important to be concerned about the others on the road with you then what you need personally. I don't think that these distractions are as dangerous as people say, as people all over the place drive and eat hamburgers daily. But it comes down to the being responsible for your actions.
